I've been going to Dr. Myers for approximately one year, and his care is top notch. I came from a weightlifting and cycling background with some shoulder injuries and he really understands movement and what my body needs to stay healthy and moving well. I drive a ton for work and as a result my back and hip had become a problem, and with Dr. Myers care I have gotten better and am able to move well. He not only does adjustments and ART but has shown me stretches and movements to do in-between appointments to keep moving and healthy.
